SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS. 

MOVAX S.A. DE C.V." has a list of parcels handled depending on the location of the address given by the customer. The parcels used will be subject to availability and will vary between the following list: PAQUETEXPRESS, PAK2GO, DHL, J&T EXPRESS, or any other that is decided to use. 

The user acknowledges and accepts that "MOVAX S.A DE C.V" has no control over the logistics, delivery schedules, route used, quality of service and subsequent delays, from the parcel selected by "MOVAX S.A DE C.V" for the shipment of the order placed by the customer since this selection depends solely and exclusively on the availability of parcels to the date of the order / shipment. 

The ownership and risk of loss of the products will be transferred to you at the moment we deliver the products to the corresponding carrier. "MOVAX S.A DE C.V." delivers in full conformity and with guaranteed quality of the product to the carrier and disclaims responsibility for the service provided by the carrier. 

However, a waybill will be sent so that the user/customer, can track the route of your order, on the understanding that, even when "MOVAX S.A DE C.V" provides the waybill, it is not responsible for it and the ownership belongs solely to the corresponding parcel.
